Maybe Fauci shouldn't have gotten on national tv and lied about the effectiveness of masks

More died because infected people were shoved back into nursing homes.

Most is not good enough. We need saturation. From what I see, the main causes of not getting tested are availability of testing, including work or transportation inhibit going to test site during hours they are open, and lack of confidence in need for testing, or thinking it has little value.

Those two things can be overcome with a bit of effort.

Pence promised a capacity of 4 million tests in his first televised task force meeting that has never been met. While testing is very important contact tracing then becomes equally important. Another Dotard failure

Fauci May or may not have lied I can argue that one either way. Everyone overlooks that no one as late in the game knows the true skinny on the virus. That includes Fauci. That said it is clear the task force “lied” at its onset IMO to preserve masks for the Docs/nurses. It had to be that way. But the actual question is it Fauci who designed/implemented the lie or one of Trumps eunuchs knowing they were woefully behind in the supply line. Fauci had no incentive to lie. As many pointed uphe was not elected and therefore not running for office. But we do have a liar in Chief who continues to lie today who is running for office
