Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Really, I asked in the other thread, what in God's name do you see in that man that makes you think another 4 years is a good idea? I really can't escape the conclusion that those who still support him just like the racism. What else has he been good at?
The funny thing is that I have no doubt that you 100% believe that based on where your posts are coming from. I doubt you come across anyone on a daily basis that can fathom that anyone from a red state is anything other than racist.

Covid just got my grandfather this evening. He was in a nursing home in FL. Has been battling Alzheimer's for over three years, so in many ways this is a blessing for him. Unfortunately the virus got into the home on 7/9 or 10, and he's now the fifth resident to pass.

Take care of each other, folks. And if you're the praying kind, please lift up my grandma. She's been with him for 69 years, and she hasn't been able to so much as hold his hand or hug him since March.
So sorry. Prayers sent.

Sure man.. you keep double-fisting your Mtn Dew Kickstarts, and doing double backflips on your 3 wheeler.. Don't get your mullet caught in the sprocket.
My life hasn't really changed at all, I still go out to eat and drink. I'm not going to let a virus with fake numbers scare me. Some of you truly are scared, some of you are playing the game. Either way you all are pathetic

Maybe, just maybe, this will lead to some self-reflection in the GOP. This is not a joke. Wear your freakin' masks, wash your hands, maintain social distance, and avoid indoor gatherings. It ain't that hard.
Was Cain an antimasker, non hand washing, orgy attender? He didnt seem to be the type, but I could be wrong.

I haven't noticed much difference, other than more patriots wearing their masks, lately. Even some posers were also wearing masks.

What do I see in him? I see a man who is a trollish buffoon, but has happened to do a few good things, mostly by getting out of the way of the economy (prior to covid). I'm not a fan of all the gun control he has imposed and I agree with Huff that he is an authoritarian. He is not an ideal president in any way. But he wasn't the choice out of millions of excellent candidates. He was the only choice not named Hillary. And as authoritarian as he is, he isn't even in Hillary's zip code. As for this election, it is a vote between two senile old men. One seems to be much more senile than the other, and likes to sniff kids.

My condolences. I'll be praying for your family, and particularly your grandmother. I can't imagine the pain of a lifetime together and not being able to be there is the final days, let alone months.

When active infections get as high as they are in FL, it gets harder and harder to keep it out of facilities like this. Hopefully we see active infections begin to drop soon and move this wave through.

If there is no vaccine, I am willing to give it a try and it should be up to my doctor. The decades of data we have say it is safe. But mmm orange man bad?

AAPS Sues the FDA to End Its Arbitrary Restrictions on Hydroxychloroquine
Think about this situation the next time someone tries to blame Trump for something the FDA or the CDC does. He obviously has no control over these areas of the gov't. It is not proper to say that these agencies are part of the Trump administration.

Regardless of whether HCQ is effective vs C19, I think this lawsuit has a lot of merit and may very well prevail
