I love it when my weather man tells me how sunny it is the day before a category 5 hurricane strikes ... and then mentions in the last five seconds of his segment that tomorrow's weather will be just a touch worse.

No, if there are bad and less bad numbers, Clay only emphasizes the less bad numbers and tells us that's what we should really be focusing on (like when Florida's cases were spiking, but daily deaths were still in the 40s). Cuomo is giving all the relevant numbers: deaths, positivity rate, new cases, and hospitalizations.

And the media does the opposite..... you need to learn to think for yourself for once

Are you seriously asking if we could somehow trust one person looking at different data points and citing them for us to see , than putting our blind trust in the local and state governments of NYC who will make policy off of those points ???? My first question would be to ask if EL pays you through PayPal or Venmo to ask DA questions like that about The Great City State of New York .

Because doctors in Spain and England, along with the FDA, said it doesn't work. The European folks don't give an F about the FDA but they came to the same conclusion. I take several medicines daily and the FDA hasn't personally let me down yet.

At the heart of what you post, is a bizarre conspiracy theory that MD's who express skepticism of Hydroxychloroquine's effectiveness in treating the Coronavirus, are only doing so because of a liberal political agenda, and they don't want to give Donald Trump a "victory", or credit for touting it so aggressively. It is a paranoid, simple-minded and absurd belief. Trump is so divisive, that he has politicized everything from the postal service to the medical community. Everyone has a political agenda now. In Trump's view and the views of his supporters, nobody is a professional anymore, just acting in the best interest of the public. Donald Trump only sees two kinds of Americans: (1) those who agree with him 100% of the time, and (2) liberal Democrats who are working against him. There is nothing else.

This is the problem with those studies. They wait too long before administering the drug. It has to be given early.

On 5 June, researchers in the United Kingdom announced the results from the largest trial yet, Recovery, in a press release. In a group of 1542 hospitalized patients treated with hydroxychloroquine, 25.7% had died after 28 days, compared with 23.5% in a group of 3132 patients who had only received standard care. “These data convincingly rule out any meaningful mortality benefit,” wrote the investigators, who ended the study early and promised to publish the full results as soon as possible.

When a reputable doctor says 100% of his patients recovered from it plus many others say the same, I have no reason to not believe them. We also know that it does not cause harm in 99%+ given in the low doses recommended, so why not try it rather than bash the hell out of it? If it does not work in 1 patient, they still have plenty of time to pursue the other therapies. There is absolutely no reason to not try it. The FDA is saying no. Why?

Again, not used early. Administer before symptoms get to this point. Also, correct dosing with Eurythmiasin and Zync is needed. Absolutely no mention of Zync being used here.
