You are being 100% naive if you don't see how this will be a major HR problem. Unintended consequence of thinking you are doing something good. What if I don't want a lanyard bc I don't want to play your stupid game. The issues are endless. All bc you are placating to the irrational.

Wondering how many were in the hospital ventilated and didn’t qualify for a shot while sick? If pts are ill enough to be ventilated, they can spend up to a month on a ventilator. What is 99%? 10, 100, 1000?Heard on radio this morning that 99 percent of the people who died from covid in the US last week had not been vaccinated.
I find out funny the people who likely would have taken the vaccine but decided not to because an authority figure said to. It's like when I tell my son to mow the lawn and he bucks up because he was going to do it but now that I am on his case he's not going to.

Hugging is different from groping.Wait you have an HR department putting out company lanyards saying Hugs are okay In their work environment ? How about NOOOOO! $100 says their preemployment paperwork that they all had to sign says they can be terminated for that kind of behavior and another Hundo bet says they’ve had to have training on inappropriate touching at work .
