Talking about school Covid policy, my bosses child was tabbed for quarantine. She and 5 of her class mates were pulled out of the lunch line. Sent to an empty office to sit as far apart as possible, told their parents were called. No explanation given, no lunch, and not even allowed to talk to each other.

Quarantined for two weeks, the positive kid has yet to exhibit any symptoms.

I don't think they ever really 'die out'. Actually there is debate about whether or not viruses are living organisms to begin with. Regardless, I don't think they are ever really eradicated. At least not in a year or two. I think it takes decades to do that.

I don’t understand why people don’t get this from our collective prior virus experience. Whether talking about a single person, a state, our country, or the world, the virus just has to run its course. No vaccine can stop it. No amount of masks or distancing can stop it. It takes time and, unfortunately, infections. And when people are treating for the virus they aren’t treating the virus itself, they’re just treating the symptoms. Literally every virus has worked this way before and this one is the same.

Lol, she didn’t really think her story through. So if she is telling the truth now that means someone 2 weeks before she was fired and became famous stole her credit card (per homeland used by her on another Amazon account), created a fake Amazon account, knew her work address to mail the muzzle to, and then had a muzzle shipped without including the invoice/receipt in the package for her to check who was charged for it. All the while knowing that she would make a big deal about this muzzle once fired to draw attention to the story and then have the authorities agree to conduct an investigation. If she was smart she should now say that she forgot that she had ordered the muzzle or accidentally ordered it or another family member ordered it.
