She wasn't required to carry one. She wasn't even required to have been vaccinated to enter Hawaii.
Lol. Competency has no bearing on liability or legality. Bamawriter, who I saw like your post, just made that point to defend the government. The DL is proof of age. It in no way proves the mental or emotional maturity desired in someone purchasing alcohol.
The age requirement was the best solution, but in no way addresses the fact that some 20 year old customers would be far more responsible purchasers of alcohol than many 25, 40, or 60 year old customers.
Just as a vaccine requirement in no way means everyone capable of transmitting COVID will be stopped nor that some who would not transmit COVID will be inconvenienced. It's just the best we can do.
In Hawaii. Hawaii is a long expensive flight from anywhere.Isn't that what's being asked for now? Proof of a negative test within 72 hours?

It's a government run scam. Sure you can land here no issue, but you cant leave the airport unless you meet our requirements.
if it was actually about protection you wouldnt want the sick on an airplane with the previously non sick. All those vaxxed, and with negative tests just spent 6 hours bathing in Covid.
They've always been here. Social media has just exposed them. The most interesting part of the story is that this dumbass on Twitter thinks Joe Rogan took a "deworming veterinary drug that the FDA has warned COVID patients against taking."
I swear, I feel like the world is being overrun by idiots that possess a) a low intelligence, b) an apathy towards actual self-driven learning, c) zero critical-thinking ability, and d) a lack of discernment to question anything spoon-fed to their drooling mouths by social media or MSM.
Except the people quarantining....The idea would be that everyone would either be vaxxed or have negative test before getting on the plane. It's pretty inconvenient to do otherwise.
Overnight, Europe's CDC - the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) - said there was no urgent need for booster doses of COVID-19 vaccines for the fully vaccinated, citing data on the effectiveness of shots.
The comments follow a similar statement from the European Medicines Agency last month that more data was needed on the duration of protection after full inoculation to recommend using booster shots.
Another thing that should piss everybody off.
Doctors made this political by not treating people with certain drugs. A new virus, no one knows how to treat should result in throwing the kitchen sink at it. That wasn’t the case since the beginning.
