Yeah, so far the only arguments I’ve seen against her decision have been strawman (your a judge, not a doctor, you shouldn’t make those decisions), as hominem (she’s too young, from Florida, appointed by Trump), and appeals to emotion (I won’t feel safe, kids are going to die).

What I’ve yet to see is an argument against the actual DECISION that the mask mandate exceeds CDC statutory authority.

So, a Federal Judge who ruled the mask mandate was outside the scope of authority of the Executive Branch with supporting arguments somehow is just as bad... or worse... than a local judge who was trading sex for drugs?

Seems like a legit reason to hate her.

The judge in question mandated kids mask up based on no reasoning I have seen that would back up masking them. Plenty of reason to hate him.

I don’t like either side of this fight, but I swear, my offer to the plaintiffs for settlement would be, we will give you $0 to drop the case. In exchange you will be guaranteed you only owe your attorneys 145k. Don’t take the offer, keep running those bills up with your attorneys.

Sorry, two different judge talks going on and I was confused. The one that lifted the TSA mask mandate is a woman. I thought the OP was talking about her.
