I haven’t seen that report yet, but ... does this mean that the incubation time as 7-14 days is wrong? If they have been harboring then virus for a month before becoming symptomatic?

I'm fairly certain all of the major powers have bioengineered weapons available to unleash although they have probably not done so in 50 years. Since the Chinese have been behind the rest of the world until we gave them our technology it wouldn't surprise me at all if they weren't developing this as a way to crash our economy if they felt the need. All it took was one little oops.
This is just like the space weapon they exploded a few years ago at a satellite in upper orbit. Their weapon exploded but it polluted an entire orbit around the earth with space debris. The Chinese are like 16 year olds with a Ferrari.
