I have no issues with Fostermom interacting with the fanbase and defending her son.

I don't see her out in the media talking about things she has no clue about.

I watched that interview on ESPN and thought he was going to look like the biggest jackarse if the NCAA drops hammer on them.

What happens on the recruiting trail stays on the recruiting trail. I certainly don't disagree with that, but she would certainly have no shortage of fans if her son played in Knox.

If the hammer drops 3 weeks after the NC game, then i'll refer to the NCAA as the gestapo. They're all on the take, make the pile of cash off the title game then administer justice by god.

Agreed. I try not to let my fanhood make me too much of a hypocrite.

Calling someone a bad person for being too persistent in recruiting is silly, though. I guess she would rather they not care enought to keep trying to recruit her son.

Something tells me that anything Spurrier's staff had done would not have turned her off, though. It's obvious that she is a Cock fan.

I see a women who is opinionated and loves her son that was interviewed the week of the SEC Championship Game.

She probably don't like schools cheating and I would guess that she is holding her tongue when talking about Luper. It seems like she doesn't want to call any attention to another investigation so she says just enough for the readers to get what she was implying.

Why do many support the integrity of "not snitching" and get mad when you get caught? Whats wrong with supporting the integrity of "not cheating".

So she told on us.... Kiffin was dirty and someone would have eventually done it. I like the fact that she is trying to teach her son how to live as an honest person.

Assuming anything past that would be a judgement of who you "think" she is.

Didn't really see a crack at UT in there from Lattimore's mom.

That stuff about Tennessee was dropped by the author of the article who, by the way, co-wrote the "hostessgate" stuff on NYT with Pete Thamel.

Sounds like someone is butt hurt that her son made a fool of himself at his announcement and blew a chance to play for the NC. And be part of the best backfield ever.

She must be unaware of the NCAA loophole that lets parents solicit pay for play as long as the student athlete doesn't know. She's not admirable, loud mouthed or any of those things, she's dumb.

Opinionated? more like judgmental, she doesn't like Luper because he was "persistant" and "Take care of your son guy" yet she showed zero proof of any wrong doing on Lupers part.

She had her son talk to the NY times about our hostesses then goes on to say, watch out I will tell the NCAA on you? Why did she not go to the NCAA instead of the NYT? Sounds like she is running her own personal smear campaign.

Just another parent trying to live in the spot light with her kid......she wants to be relevant somehow....anyway she can.
