I received a visit from metro police this morning at my house. I assume it was a detective. They asked me, "have you seen this man."

I took a hard look at the picture and replied, "No."

It was an hispanic male. The officer told me the suspect was involved in a hit and run.

Then he asked if a Spanish speaking family that lived next door and I replied, "Yes."

Then he went next door with back-up nearby.

He spent some time over there and there was some people outside 15 minutes later. I eventually went in for good and don't know whether or not they took anyone away.

They probably saw the car in the parking lot that was involved in the crime. They already had the license plate, they saw the damage on the car and they have probably retrieved DNA material from the car. It was good police work.

Wonder how many a wall would have stopped. Politics playing a hand in American deaths, on all political sides. Democrat platforms prior to Trump have been secure borders, walls..Trump moves forward with the wall and it somehow becomes racist.

Not one blamed Donald Trump. Not one blamed the multiple Republican leaders agricultural business who could have stopped it by using e-verify. Those who blamed someone blamed the victim or the libs....

It's a multifaceted problem where both sides are to fault. Primarily R led businesses in ag, ranching, and construction do not follow existing rules and law enforcement in R led states look the other way. Dems offer too much in benefits hoping for votes.

A stronger patrolled border with no benefits and enforcement of rules would curb a lot of this. But neither party wants thar so they play their bases like suckers every four year with rhetoric that does not match their actions...

And there it is. It wasn’t a problem until the other side started to endorse it, then it became immoral. Although it was a nice sound bite platform to appease some voters without actually moving forward with it. Dems to quote Rahm, never let a crisis go to waste.

The Dems like the votes and the Rs like the cheap labor. Neither side truly wants it fixed. If you believe the election year rhetoric, you are just a sucker being played...

I’m the sucker, but you somehow believe the left doesn’t benefit from cheap labor too. I’m sure they pay premium in the name of votes, right.

Nadler was referring to "illegal immigration" not just immigrants who come to this country legally, but those who 1st crime is crossing illegally or lying for asylum.
