Line up to -9.5 for Bama

The only bet I would make if I was so inclined would be to take the under. I don't think Young plays, and if he does he isn't going to be 100%, and I get the feeling that Saban will take the air out of the ball and lean on his OL and run game. If Milroe plays, Saban will do all he can to reduce the risk of the TO's that almost cost them the A&M game. This game will be about containing Gibbs, but especially at getting off the field on 3rd (and 4th) down. I can see a final score in the 24-21 or 28-24 area.

+9.5 is a great spot to get on the Vols. When they announce Bryce Young isn’t playing tomorrow that thing is going to come crashing down with the bum rush of bettors that will get on Tennessee.

I have people. Bama people. This ain't normal.
Golfing in Houston this week... saw a Bammer hat at the clubhouse... said to him, welp, I'm from Tennessee, what do you think about the game. He was very doubtful bamma could win... essentially the QB situation.

I wish people would quit trying to read into these betting lines anything more than the basic premise that a betting line is set and moves up or down so as to insure equal action by betters on both sides of the line. Nothing more and nothing less. Recent movement of this line suggests that Vegas is attempting to even out action by getting more bets on UT here at the end.

TN's secondary (or lack of player for) aren't moving this line....

The only thing moving the line this much is Young vs. Milroe.....

I'm not worried about either, TBH

You are half correct. But they are trying to get more money on tn.

I think I am more curious than concerned about what Vegas is up to w regards to the 9.5 points the Vols are getting.

Vegas is just hoping a bunch of people will bet the line (history-wise) vs what has happened so far this season

I'm watching high school football on Marquee Network...which is owned by the Cubs...and is regional to best of my knowledge...and weird thing is they are airing California prep game. Warren vs Downey. Warren of course lamaleava's school. Nico just threw 75 yard td on 3rd and 10. Looks really good. I mean REALLY good.

In this Nico game they are throwing flags EVERY single play....and refs gathering together each time.

Heard on the radio here in Nashville that the line probably bumped because of word that Tillman isn't playing. Some Vegas insider had previously told the crew at the radio station that "Cedric Tillman is worth one and a half points," and sure enough that's how far the line moved after it was announced he'd sit out the game.
When and where was it announced he'd sit? Did I miss it?

This won’t be a popular take but looking at the big picture the UGA game is actually more important. Lose tomorrow, beat the Dawgs, win out and we get another shot in the title game.

Same for Bama, still win the West regardless. The SEC championship is the ticket to the CFP.

That said eff Bama Go Vols!

Need to post a big sign on the VOLS locker room bulletin board as follows:
"0-15, what are YOU going to do about that?" A little extra motivation. GBO.

I'm just really hoping we can make it a game. They gonna be on fire but so should we. Really not looking for the W on this one way to much poisoning out there. GBO

I know a guy in Vegas. Everyone is betting V.O.L.S! Yes, news of players in/out of the game makes a difference, but everyone expects an "upset" given the way Bums been playing vs Volball.

If it's a traditional Bama UT game it should be close. More than likely it will come down to who has the ball at the end of the game. Our team and staff have to understand Bama will get several calls go their way to either assist them during the game or hurt us. Expect and be ready for a game changing call at the end. The team and staff have to be prepared and cool enough to weather and overcome it to win. We're playing 2 teams out there, Bama and the Homewood, Alabama SEC officiating crews.

All the talk is that McCollough will play tomorrow. But yah, perhaps that's who they were talking about.
not sure why he wouldn’t of what I heard was true? I can’t believe he was even charged considering a stranger just walked right into his apartment at 3am.

A blatantly crazy game changing call at the end of the game that goes against TN and lifts bama to a win….Knoxville would have to call the Governor for the National Guard would be my guess. Here is to hoping we just bust them in the mouth early and make the obviously dumbo biased refs irrelevant
