I'm glad LA is done with the Cardinals for the regular season. I like how they close the season with two more series against Pittsburgh, a series with the Nationals and a few games with the Padres.

There is still 40 games left but they should have the easiest schedule in the west to close the season out.

I feel like the Dodgers are the Indians of the 90's now that Thome and Manny or together again. I hope Thome can score some runs and the Dodgers can always use extra power in their lineup.

I understand losing games to last place teams from time to time but first place teams shouldn't lose a series to last place teams.

I hope the Dodgers start playing better soon.

These are the games that the Dodgers need to win. They have a favorable September schedule, and need to take advantage of it. The Rockies are gonna keep hanging tough. I just hope we have enough juice to hold them off and then get recharged for the playoffs.

Well...here we go. The Dodgers get the Redbirds who have owned us since the 2004 season. Hopefully our luck changes against the Cardinals starting tomorrow. LET'S GO DODGERS!!!!

I'm loving it ...how do you feel 615? Up 2-0 but it is gonna get tougher going to St. Louis. Still a long way to go.

The Cards could win the next two at home then have it come down to one game with maybe Carpenter or Weinwright pitching again. It would be hard to beat either of those guys again. I think LA needs to use the momentum and get one in St. Louis.

I have to give Frank McCourt and Ned Colletti credit. The late additions to this team seemed small when guys like Roy Halladay were available but they are making a big impact.

George Sherrill and Ronnie Belliard have made a big difference.

No doubt! I totally agree with you. I love the O-Dog...but Ronnie is swinging the hot bat. And no doubt, Torre likes to go with the hot bat, therefore Belliard has been playing over Hudson. I was excited when we got Sherrill, I knew he would help strengthen up the pen. I was neither happy or upset when we got Belliard...but it has been paying off. Nice moves, Mr. Colletti.

And I forgot to mention Padilla as well...he has been good down the stretch. Garland had some nice starts as well.

I like their chances of getting to the World Series right now. I would love for them to re-match the Phillies and get revenge from last season. Go Dodgers!!!

WTF???? The Dodgers are making Pedro Martinez look like Pedro Martinez of 1999.

I've never seen so many pop-ups and runners left on base in my entire life.

Dodgers messed up the series last night. Pedro is doing a great job today though.

Good to see more Dodger fans on here. Padilla pitched great today but so did Pedro. I'm just glad they were able to pull a win out.

I know Chan Ho Park too well from his Dodger days. I knew he couldn't pitch that well two days in a row.

I know its almost blasphemous to question Joe but starting Kuroda over Wolf tonight was questionable before the 1st now its downright mind boggling...does anyone know what the deal is with Bills?
