Absolutely, our heads are barely above water right now, need some help.
It's post like this that causes so many arguments.
Clearly a team with an RPI outside of the top 50 needs some help.
You act as if this team has put itself in a good position when in fact this team has put itself in a spot with very little wiggle room.
Those of us that realize that the reality of the situation is that its a damn shame that this team isn't playing for a good seed get tired of you suggesting everything is just fine and dandy.
This team played itself into this bubble talk and has zero business of being in this spot

You are absolutely right. This team has underachieved and NOBODY expected to be hoping for a bubble finish at the end of the year. It is what it is. Just hope I can fill out my bracket at the end of the season with TN finding it's way in the championship game like the good ole days.
We control our own destiny, we don't need any damn help, and to suggest we do is foolish.
Win our next 3 games, which by your own admission we should, and we have a RPI in the low 30s, are nowhere close to this bubble you're referring to, and are projected as probably a 7-8 seed.
I have to go with the wait and see approach before I pencil the LSU game as a "should" win. TN's away game has came out way too flat too many times for me to think that they can just go into anyone's house and expect a win. It will be a good test and a great opportunity.
We don't need help, we control our own destiny....no?

Hell every team in the country controls its own destiny at this point.
We shouldn't be in a spot where winning at Lsu is important for our at large hopes.
Reality is this team has every tool it needs to be a team that shouldn't sweat getting its name called on selection Sunday. You know that's exactly a fact.
You spent all off season saying it
To top it off Martin and his minions have never led a team anywhere. He acts like we are somehow disrespecting Martin because we have no faith in a guy who has never done a darn thing.

Not at all, criticism is fair and warranted, but try to look at it both ways. Right now, as poorly as we've started (people were calling for him to be fired midseason), we are currently projected as in the tournament.
I can agree with that but that's not what I am saying. I hope we all are pulling for us to kick butt in the conference, but if we don't my point about awake is that it's a good thing they won tonight. You act like I was being unreasonable and that's not the case at all
This talk is silly, too, considering that we have played 13 games and won 9. Even if we had two losses, this team would have plenty of work to do. One bad loss doesn't have us in desperation mode- that is silly. Just beat the teams we are supposed to beat.
So you are happy with where we stand today??
Many of you have the stance to just win the games we are supposed to and that's fine and dandy. The problem with that is with this teams talent and experience that's damn near every game we have remaining.
You guys keep lowering the expectations and that's BS. This team should be held to a higher standard. Plain and simple
