We don't need him but the "he didn't start at LSU therefore we don't need him" logic is stupid. He set behind a likely NFL QB and probably guaranteed QB before his injury. So because he couldn't beat out Mettenberger he's no good? Like I said, I see no reason to take him but we had very little to ZERO QB production last year. So it's not like we should be sold on anyone.

Once again, I'm not advocating to bring him in. But he RS his FR year and is graduating in 3. Therefore, he spent 2 yrs of potential playing time behind a NFL QB, in all likelihood. A guy who also happened to be a JUCO so they brought him into play right away rather than throw a RS FR in. He also has 2 yrs to play so someone may get a steal out of him.

Pretty sure Worley has one more SEC win and one more win over a Top 10 team than this guy does.

Dobbs also has one more SEC win than this guy does. So, going on the numbers, they're a lot more ready than he is.
