LSU QB transfer?

Wait and see, Worley is gonna be on fire this year. He was coming around. He is a good QB and I'm tired of so many negavols hating on his performance. Was it perfect, No. Absolutely not, but he is a gamer. We will be happy he has taken his lumps and will be a leader.

He sucks. I don't see him turning it around in one year. Remember all those inaccurate passes? Worley will never see the field again, and its a great thing on our team. He can't throw or run, what can he do?

Completely agreed. He's the last man standing, though. It's classic VN backup QB savioritis. He's the only one we haven't seen, so naturally he's " The Future".

Sorry, We already tried "The Future" Didn't work out too well for him or us. Not hating on Kelly but he was definitely NOT the future.

We don't need him but the "he didn't start at LSU therefore we don't need him" logic is stupid. He set behind a likely NFL QB and probably guaranteed QB before his injury. So because he couldn't beat out Mettenberger he's no good? Like I said, I see no reason to take him but we had very little to ZERO QB production last year. So it's not like we should be sold on anyone.

No, it's because he couldn't beat out the guy behind Mettenberger.

But thanks for your faith in the Vol QBs. :hi:

They haven't even had spring practice, who's to say he doesn't win the starting job? Y'all are really digging deep on this. The kid has his degree and is looking to move on and make a change, simple as that. Once again, I've said, there's no reason to take him here. But don't act like you know the kids ability while simultaneously acting like our QB's are world beaters.

Last year when Mettenberger went down, they put in a Freshman to win the game, not Rivers.

You can believe that but it would be an anti-facts belief.
Videos: Mike Bajakian on QB situation, Vols' Signing Day - Knoxville, TN | GoVolsXtra

However, I'm curious about this guy:
Scout.com: Smith chasing dream as Vols QB

Smith has some nice numbers for the year and seems to love the Vols

In 2013, Smith completed 170 of 266 passes (66.5 percent) for 2,977 yards with 29 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

"I had a chance to talk to Josh Malone today and Jalen Hurd," Smith said. "It's awesome because everybody has the same intensity of, you know, we don't want to win six games and just barely be bowl eligible. We want the championships and bring them back to Knoxville. Everybody has that one goal and that's awesome."

Well, if you took your head out of your avatar's brassiere, your head would be higher and harder to go over. :)

Oh, the LSU QB transfer. Forget it, he'd only introduce problems. It would clearly be four negatives, mainly. One, Butch has no faith in any or our QBs. Two, this undermines all the QBs morale. Three, we'd surely see some resentment and requests for release by maybe 2 or more QBs. Four, it throws away the knowledge that current QBs have about the CBJ system and wasting time teaching a "newbie" which takes away furthering the current corp's progression.

Last year, it would have been a nice thing, this year, no.

I can usually maintain a four QB system on my playstation!
