Mad, I have mad respect for your posts, so no offense intended. The references I made were just an eye-roll to so many trendy, current psychobabble terms (everything is being gaslit, weaponized, genderfried, phobicized, etc.) that I just had to speak My Truth. (Coming from a career in education, I had my fill of b.s. doublespeak long ago).

To your point, in today's social and political climate, it's "easy" for anyone with an agenda to "interpret" anything in a light that matches their foregone conclusion.

A quick recent example: just yesterday, I saw a Youtube clip from a podcast during which the female host was excoriating Auriemma (whom I personally strongly dislike for a whole host of reasons) because shecan't stand the sight of a male of his pigmentation yelling at girls with a different pigmentation. It wasn't the yelling...it was the gender and complexion that "triggered" her. She couldn't get past those two factors. And she basically implied that the players submitting to that were either suffering for the sake of professional advancement or were victims of Stockholm Syndrome.

As Charlton Heston famously said in a well-known movie, "It's a maaaaaadhouse!!!!!"

Reese has to have a plan because I don't believe she honestly thinks this years LSU team is what put women's basketball on the map. If Reese does really believe that she is very naive. She is also just 21 years old and I know I was surely naive at that age as well.

My only problem is and everyone has a right to post their opinion but when a poster has said something about one of our players it’s we are too grown to be speaking negatively about these young women but in this case a lot of you have no problem in this situation.Let he or she who is perfect post about this young lady. all who are not stop bashing her.the sad part about it is Clark ain’t talking about it but grown ups who had nothing to do with it still bothered. (Really grown people)
