I don’t think Z understands how damaging this delay is. How are we supposed to have reasonable message board conversations about the OL 2-deep without knowing whether or not he’ll be on the roster? I’ve got friends asking me how I think we’ll do in 2024 and I can’t give them a reliable answer. This is very serious. I hope he realizes this before it’s too late. The psychological damage has already taken its toll. Our sanity is hanging on by a thread. Pretty soon we’ll completely stop showering, stop shaving, stop trimming our toe nails, stop brushing our teeth, and stop peeing in toilets. I can’t speak for everyone but right now I somehow manage to do these things about once a week. If this recruitment and this thread go on much longer, I’m afraid I may lose the battle. Imagine if we all show up to the first game of 2024 looking like Tom Hanks in Cast Away… scary stuff, but that’s the path we’re on.
