He’s not a Vol until he’s enrolled…and that goes for all of our transfers. That’s just how it works, these days.

Obviously, you’d feel comfortable with an announced commitment, though.

More comfortable that with a commitment there is a signed NIL deal and that is a bird in hand.

I'm still optimistic that we can close this. But the delay makes me think he's got a tougher choice to make than AP made it seem. Maybe he got a late offer out of left field nobody is onto yet? Feels like a lot can change in a couple days.
