dude died.. what else is their to back up?... dude died,, suppose he quit and a new person came in on the same day and he went up in the lift and he dies,, how does this change the outcome .. ?

You're arguing something that won't be addressed.....

Kelly didn't "put a gun to his head so therefore it's HIS fault" is a weak argument.... but it's the argument being made

He’s been dying on this hill for years. Fear of losing your job isn’t considered “force” by him. He takes the word force to the literal n’th in this scenario. Anything short of Kelly putting a leash on him and dragging him to the top of the lift is not force.

So you’re using a hypothetical (suppose new person came in) instead of using what actually happened?
