I remember this story from kindergarten. Back then we called it "Chicken Little."

Unless you work for the Department of Homeland Security or the CIA, I don't think the term "chatter' means anything other than presumptive whining propagated by those who like to fuel their fandom with drama.

anyone else notice, we are on page 3 and our self appointed insiders, who assured us all COX WAS GOING TO NOTRE DAME, and assured us, obviously they have insider info, they wouldn't just be posting stuff on the internet...well, neither has commented.

I called Baylor from the get go.... I'm far from shocked Texas recruits stay home if possible Baylor Texas and TAMU all have quality athletic programs... So hopefully McCoy now knows that she is heavily needed at Tenn

I don't think it's at all unacceptable. I think that's a pretty damn good season, actually, given this team's injuries over the past three years. If you think that's worthy of getting Holly fired, you better think again if you are capable. Of course I would love for the team to win a national title, and this year, I think they are capable barring injury. Did you know that for the past three years during the NCAA tournament, Holly has had stars sitting on the bench with season-ending injuries? Do you take that into consideration AT ALL? Of course you don't. You aren't reasonable.

I think that Baylor is able to attract the post players because they CAN offer playing time.
You see, when your schedule includes:
Cincinnati, Rice, Northwestern State, Grambling St, McNeese State, Oral Roberts, James Madison, UT Arlington .... Those are bench clearing games. So of course playing time will be fine.

Sorely disappointed in Ms. Cox but she preferred Home to Stardom, imvvho. It worked for Delle Donne but she was on a one woman team. Baylor has more than one star who will demand the ball.

It was a recruiting season when location of post players was really bad for Tennessee. Hard to get players out of Texas and even McCoy may figure that Ohio State is located better than Tennessee. We certainly have the prospects in 2017 but we lose two posts on the roster and we need at least one recruit to tide us over.

I think you and I are on the same page. A little misunderstanding about what each is trying to say. I believe 30 wins is a great season. Holly getting fired? Not so sure yet. Recruiting has got to get better though. We have got to land some top 5 players. Seems these days no one respects the Lady Vols like they did when Pat was here.

Warlick had done a pretty good job of recruiting--I will give her that. I'm not keen on her or her staff as coaches, but she has done pretty well at recruiting. The program's slippage started years ago under PS, not Warlick, and as a result of mediocre/poor recruiting. Now it is time to reestablish ourselves as a power program. Many top recruits want to play for a program that has a good chance of winning a title. That is a motivation. If you are not showing them that you can do that, top recruits will lose interest in you as a program. That's a fact. We've got pedigree, we've got some talent; now is the time to put a little more polish on the UT reputation. Winning is the best recruiting tool.

Her and her family should pay back all the money the other schools spent on her. The other 4 schools must have spent $100.000 on recruiting her and the money the family spent on all the thang the schools spent on them. She was going to Baylor all the time.

A little sightseeing tour around the Eastern part of the country all expenses paid, five long weekends. They had a lot of fun at the expenses of Tenn, Louisville, ND aand UConn.

All along, she was going to Baylor. And she did mention she picked Baylor because it is close to home.

Wonder if the schools will ever get smarter?

Here's my thoughts on Baylor in a nutshell: they had 4 years with Griner, 4 years with Sims, and 3 years with both. They got 1 championship. They need more than good recruiting IMO.

No need for us to bash them because they beat us like a rented mule during that time period.

So Cox goes to Baylor... Does she start immediately or come off the bench... If so whose playing time is cut and who transfers out Brown or Mompremier.. Or is it too early to determine that
