And UT is in as a 9 seed

I'll assume you're surprised to see Florida as a 2 seed?

Ole Miss isn't even finished .500 in the conference tourney so no way they get a 5 or anything else. CAK is a joke and since MSU straightend up, the biggest joke in that state. Kentucky is a 3 or 4 seed at best, UT at least a 5 seed. Mizzou could be a 4 seed but Florida is probably spot on IMO.
People are crazy high on Florida. I guess Beal leaving is not supposed to be a big deal.
Yes I am. They weren't one of the best 8 teams last year and they lost more than they are gaining.
I disagree about the losses. Losing Beal is the only concern. Replacing Walker with Rosario, assuming he stays healthy, is addition by subtraction IMO. Braxton Ogbueze, FR guard, will be a real nice addition for them.
Also, they made it to the Elite 8, so I guess its difficult to argue that they weren't one if the best 8 teams when it counted.
No. None of them have officially declared.
You seem to really like Rosario, maybe I'm in the minority but he's an issue IMO. Dude likes shooting more than walker, and isn't he PG walker was IMO.
Going ahead and saying Rosario will be better than walker IMO isn't accurate.
Actually...
“@AdamZagoria: Anthony Davis, Terrence Jones & Marquis Teague all coming out, source confirms to @SNYtv. Would expect MKG & Lamb, too.”
“@AdamZagoria: Doron Lamb's father tells @SNYtv he "doesn't know" if Doron will come out or not”
It appears lamb is the only one that may returning now.
And for the record, none of them have OFFICIALLY declared, which is what I said earlier, and is still true. On the contrary, you incorrectly stated that all had declared. Point being, nothing is official yet, though we all know they are all likely going to declare at some point.
The players haven't come out and done a presser yet correct, but those 3 have all told multiple sources today now that they will declare officially.
I had thought originally it was all of them so that ma my bad, but 3 not none have declared. If you want to wait on a presser ok, but those 3 are informing sources and already informed family they are declaring.
Well, we can argue semantics all day, but you are making statements based on what "sources" are telling a local reporter in Lexington. They are saying no more than what anyone else with an opinion and a forum are saying. That's hardly the kind of info I'd use to make a lock-tight conclusion. See Randy Shannon to UT as DC as proof of that. I'll wait to hear it from the horses' mouth.
Again, you say they have declared. By definition, I disagree. To declare, the actual person has to make a public declaration, which none have done as of yet. Sources don't do it for me because sources are all too often wrong.
Zags isn't bleacher report, but I get what you're saying.
But seeing as how UK has released a statement announcing a presser for tomorrow at 2, to announce the expected declarations of all 5 underclassmen, I'll believe him.
Once again, if you prefer to wait until you actually hear it from their mouth I get it. I am choosing to believe Zags and UK on this one though.

Beal is good, but its not like they are losing Carmelo Anthony. Florida will be very good next year IMO. They are better at PG with Rosario. Boynton is back. Young and Yeguette return in the post along with Murphy. I expect them to be as good, or better at every position except SF on a team that made it to the Elite 8. I don't see why everyone is down on them.
