LV Softball Series Thread - Georgia

Well we have used our best pitchers and losing anyway wonder what the next two games will be like. We were not ready tonight regardless!

65 balls on138 pitches = 47% balls by LV pitchers tonight

need to throw strikes to be successful, I believe

I mean we are in the middle to bottom half of the SEC in offense in most categories and our pitching isn’t really that good at all , I’m not sure what we really expect.

Was hoping Nicola could set’em down but just not our night. No timely hitting, pitching not sharp, a couple of hit batters,a couple base runners thrown out, and balls not carrying or finding their gloves. Flush it. We’ll be better tomorrow. Ivy is not a .215 hitter, her bat will be heard from before it’s over.

Really: what has happened to her bat. Wasn't she our most consistent hitter last year? Or certainly one of them? This team is all over the map. Will hit four home runs and score 8 runs one days and then barely scratch out four hits the next--and we've that most of the year.
