You didn't order her Christmas present at the last minute from Amazon, did you? If so, that might explain the hostility. :)

What a cop out. Your supposed problem is how I respond to people.

But we can always analyze the first post again. The one where not getting the item on Christmas is not the central complaint or question.

To answer the OP, I've never experienced any problems with Amazon at any time of the year, including the holidays.

And lulz at you for blaming Amazon. The "one-day" option bumps your shipping priority to first, but it doesn't guarantee one day shipping. . . especially ON CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. :)

The package has yet to signal a tracking location. Guessing this is Amazon or a carrier's fault. Not mine.
