it was discussed. can't remember which thread.

the reasoning behind the raid itself is question, but him ending up dead is not. he shot first, even his attorney has said so.

"Later in the hearing, he admitted that his client shot at ATF agents before he was killed."

He most likely thought he was being burglarized. Another shady raid on the ATF’s part.

Can you blame him?

If you don’t like cops being shot at, end no knock raids

The way the raid was conducted he probably didn’t know who they were.
My understanding is he or his wife were awakened by noises in the home in the early morning hours.

Do not blame him at all for for shooting. The SOB who scheduled this raid and the judge who approved the warrant should be tried for murder. No-Knock warrants need to go.

Why listen to listen a hypocrite pedo enabler, who also doesn't comply with his own subpoena? Didn't even watch the video of this thing that speaks out of both sides of his mouth, and flaunts his defying the law. May his tongue turn into exotoxin slime and chokes him on the way down his throat.

It sounds like you are prepping yourself for Pride Month. Celebrating early?

Unless someone’s life is in immediate danger, there’s zero reason a raid should ever be conducted like this.
never said otherwise. just pointing out the facts.

he shot an ATF agent. period. end of statement. he was then shot himself. period. end of statement.

even said the raid was questionable but the shooting wasn't. stop reading into what I said.

If the raid is questionable then the shooting is questionable. One doesn't happen without the other.

Let me leaf through the corridors of history to see how to reply to your post. Prepping for Pride Month, you say? Still leafing through the chrono hallway. Hmmm, lessee. Ah, here it is. Maybe you are right. Stuff like this is what a Pride Month should have always been about, ethnic, humanity, instead of muff-diving and recto-poking. Eh?

They cut the electricity upon entry, they taped over his door camera, no body cameras were used, they gathered to enact the warrant a week before but cancelled it when they found out he wasn’t home except the warrant was for his premises not him.
So no announcement upon entry and anyone defending their home from intruders that gets shot is justified as “we were serving a warrant”. Had they shot and killed his wife too they would have tried to justify it.

You understand that he thought robbers were breaking in his house. It's a complete shame what happened to that man and his family.

You're exactly correct, the man had no priors he had a good job. There was no reason they had to do what they did. They could have talked on his door anytime and arrested him but they had to show the world and America their power and to put more fear into Second Amendment supporters. That's what a totalitarian regime does to people who they disagree with and then they all act remorseful because they shot a man. They love to apologize and not ask for permission
