Malinowski murder by ATF

My understanding is he or his wife were awakened by noises in the home in the early morning hours.

Do not blame him at all for for shooting. The SOB who scheduled this raid and the judge who approved the warrant should be tried for murder. No-Knock warrants need to go.

This is why they do those no knock entries, they want somebody to shoot at them so they can kill them all. They knew they had no cameras and no recording so they could be as aggressive that they want to be without any type of accountability

I do not disagree with this.

The police and orgs like the ATF actively hire borderline retarded meatheads just for this reason. Zero ATF employees have a conscience, and it's getting to where damn near zero cops have one either.

Wanting someone to shoot at you is a good way to die

Those guys aren't worried about that. As much armor as they have, they also know they'll be able to justify any shooting whether they should have or not. Our justice system and law enforcement has been weaponized against conservatives. Nothing more than that. The local police will never question what the federal government does. That fake Arkansas independent investigation on the shooting will turn up nothing. They'll claim no wrongdoing. They're no different than the Russian KGB or the Chinese police The only difference is they'll go before Congress and claim they can't talk because of an ongoing investigation. They'll make their fake apology and look for the next Second Amendment supporter to go after

Exactly, they have been given free reign to shoot anybody in a house they want and they will get little or no discipline

never said otherwise. just pointing out the facts.

he shot an ATF agent. period. end of statement. he was then shot himself. period. end of statement.

even said the raid was questionable but the shooting wasn't. stop reading into what I said.
I wasn’t reading into what you said. I was just piggybacking off your statement. It wasn’t an attack on you.

You're exactly correct, the man had no priors he had a good job. There was no reason they had to do what they did. They could have talked on his door anytime and arrested him but they had to show the world and America their power and to put more fear into Second Amendment supporters. That's what a totalitarian regime does to people who they disagree with and then they all act remorseful because they shot a man. They love to apologize and not ask for permission
This warms my heart. Finally, it is OK to say "^^ck tha Police"...

Say what? I do not believe you..

"I thought it was just supposed to go after those black folks, not people like me?"

Sounds like you need some more red, white and blue programming, young man.

Wood is planning on reading Tran stories to kids.
Wood can't read, child. You can build walls with it, chairs, biplanes, a house, lots of things you can do with wood. But you can't teach it to read. Now, on the other hand, I got a dog that recognizes the words FOOD, EAT, GO, STOP, and SLEEP when I hold up flash cards with those words. But wood, kid, uh, just, ahem, eh, from where did you rent your brain?

You understand that he thought robbers were breaking in his house. It's a complete shame what happened to that man and his family.
defending your home doesn't give you carte blanche to do whatever you want to whoever you want.

the ATF probably shouldn't have been there, probably shouldn't have done the no-knock late at night, he probably shouldn't have shot. Its possible for there to be multiple wrongs by both sides. if his lawyer is having to say in court that his now dead client probably broke the law to cause the raid, there is a pretty good chance he did actually break the law to start the mess. both sides messed up and two people were shot for it.

I was taught one of the rules of gun safety was to know what I am shooting at. I misidentify a target I am liable for whatever consequences come my way. that doesn't go away in a case of potential self/home defense.

I understand your point. , you're saying that if you're dead asleep, and you hear your door being broke down what would you do? The power is out, he's probably trying to get his bearings. He obviously didn't realize these guys were ATF. There was no need for the atf to do these tactics. Of course we don't know because no body cams and no sccountabilty. If the guy broke the law, why can't they arrest him at his work, or any other time.

No, they do this to intimidate Americans, especially Americans who enjoy guns and the constitution.

He knew that he was shooting at an intruder.

Eff the ATF. Defund them, get rid of them. The ATF loves to do spectacular raids. The could have arrested David Koresh in town, outside of his compound. But nooo, they wanted to do a raid, and ended up getting routed upon initial entry. A lot of people died in Waco because of those clowns.
