So, do you think he was being paid to be a propagandist, or what? Maybe the indictment doesn't have anything to do with his professional work.
Is it spelled out anywhere, or maybe a clue in there somewhere?
So in the new set of charges/plea deal that Manafort accepted it states that "Manafort sought to undermine United States support for Tymoshenko,” "He orchestrated a scheme to have, as he wrote in a contemporaneous communication, ‘Obama Jews’ put pressure on the [Obama] administration to disavow Tymoshenko” and support the Ukrainian government, which was his client."
He is accused of publishing Russian propaganda at Breitbart on the behalf of Paul Manafort.
"In advance of the 2012 Ukrainian elections, the Ukrainian government of Yanukovich jailed the leader of the opposition Bloc, and banned the bloc system under which her party operated. The remnant of Tymoshenko's party then cooperated with a right wing nationalist party, Svoboda, to run jointly in certain districts and not split the vote. As a result, Svoboda was able to enter parliament, although Yanukovich's Party of Regions retained control of parliament. Manafort used this to accuse Tymoshenko of supporting antisemitism. (Yanukovich's party frequently accused their opponents of being fascist anti-Semites).
Ben Shapiro at Breitbart published the story Manafort was pushing. Shapiro wrote an article accusing Hillary Clinton of supporting anti-Semitism because of her stance against the politically motivated jailing of Tymoshenko. Shapiro used the quotes supplied by Manafort. Manafort deputy Rick Gates emailed the Shapiro article to Manafort and Alan Friedman:
Gentlemen – Here is the first part of a series of articles that will be coming as we continue to build this effort."
All this was done through a fake thinktank that Manafort set up called the Center for the Study of Former Soviet Socialist Republics.
Shapiro was the author of at least Paul Manafort 3 hit pieces aimed at boosting Viktor Yanukovych
October 2012 Manafort scheme started.

People keep saying this is journalism. It ceased to be journalism when Manafort was shopping around articles and quotes to people like Shapiro and others (Red State and it became propaganda that was supported by Pro Russian money and activities in The Ukraine.
