Notre Dame released a statement that says they were informed that this was a hoax on December 26th.

I imagine the leak came out of Notre Dame which is probably grounds to believe he really got catfished.

This is very true, when i hear his interviews, i find it hard to believe he actually had good enough grades to get into ND....same for Cam Newton at Auburn

Possible, but I'd just say I broke up with her.

And how many times have we seen people have wives/girlfriends and still be gay? All the time. He basically had his choice of any girl on campus. Why not just find one and have a relationship with her?

The part about him now saying he met her online and didn't know is just crazy. He wouldn't have seen his girl who allegedly went to Stanford when they played Stanford or USC in California?
