Would have easily been a lottery pick in last year's NBA Draft, and he decided to return to OSU. Right now OSU is on a skid in which they have lost three of their last four, they are 4-4 in the BigXII, they are down nine at home against ISU, and Smart will probably not be drafted in 2014 any higher than he would have gone in 2013.

Possibly...either way, Smart's not winning any championships this season and his draft stock is, at best, as good as last season's.

He had about the most obvious flop in the world earlier.
