I'm not sure how the quote you gave is all that much better.

He’s just saying Republican activism gave women the vote. So he wants Republicans to be activists again. Clumsy argument, but he certainly wasn’t advocating taking away women’s voting rights as the OP suggested.

Just to be clear again, I know nothing about Robinson and certainly am not campaigning for him. I just hate for people to tell flat out lies about someone.

Actually I think this could help Republicans if they could replace him. Like with Biden.
Doubtful. They have until midnight tonight if they are going to do it. And he has to back out. Like his buddy, he’s got too much ego to do that. The Republicans are saddled with him.

I think it will be too little too late. There’s less than 2 months and most people liked Roy Cooper (he would’ve been a better running mate for KH than the clown she picked). They’ll stick w/ the democrat AG Stein, but NC can definitely go Trump. I’m sure the idiot powers that be thought “A Black Republican candidate! Hell yeah!” Obviously they didn’t do their homework. Even the most staunch right wing people I know had major issues w/ the idea of voting for him. I’m sure that surprises some on here who believe their party holds some moral high ground.

Edit: that issues voting for him bc of his radical views. No other reasons.

He was never a serious candidate.
Well that’s silly. Why in the world would the Republican Party in NC put up a “not serious” candidate for governor in a battleground state? Doesn’t sound very smart to me.

Where are they set forth? The CNN article only had a few
Floating around Twitter. Lots of talk about banging his wife’s sister. One of them ended with “That crack is like crack and I’m hooked” which is kind of a bar

Still never heard of him but glad you made a whole thread. Should of just put this in Family Values and spared us
Sometimes the richness of Republican depravity and hypocrisy is so great, it just can't all be shoehorned into one thread.

"iTz rIGgEd!"
Not what I’m saying at all. That’s not how I see things. Did you read anything else I wrote about it, or are you just picking and choosing little things that you would like to fit into that particular narrative?

Didn't see a thread for this loser hypocrite elsewhere. There's a helluva story about him that broke today. Evidently he likes trashy porn stores. I hope this sleaze ball leads to Trump losing NC.

Great source. 💀

Members of Trump's campaign are now urging Robinson to withdraw before it's too late to replace him with another GOP candidate, according to a Carolina Journal report.

Anonymous sources say Robinson is no longer welcome at Trump events or those of his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance.

Yolanda Hill Robinson is an American accountant, non-profit executive, and civic leader. As the wife of Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, she has served as the Second Lady of North Carolina since 2021 and is the first African-American woman to serve as Second Lady of North Carolina. She sits on the board of American Leadership Academy North Carolina and on the boards of two of its affiliated charter schools. Robinson founded Balanced Nutrition, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides meals to children in daycare facilities. In 2024, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services announced that Robinson owed the state $132,000 following a compliance review of her non-profit.

In September 2003, Robinson was sued by the Tarheel Triad Girl Scouts of the USA in Guilford County Small Claims Court over money owed after she gave them a bad check for $2,956.03.[19] The magistrate ruled in favor of the Girl Scouts and ordered Robinson to pay $3,486.03 to cover fees and damages.[19]
