The Border Patrol just reported a giant hole in our fence around the state. Nothing like a big dose of reality at the end of the process. UGA has some stud receivers but no one to throw them the ball, pretty much the same as us...so why did he go out of state?

I knew Brown would follow his girlfriend to UGA. This whole time I hoped he would commit to UT. but I just had a gut feeling that he would follow his girlfriend.

I don't know those details......but I have said from day 1 he was WAY overated. I have seen him play alot in HS. he ain't that good! Amen to the "good riddance" quote!

Ive said for a while now after living in memphis for two years, that the best thing that coulld happen to memphis is that it falls off into that muddy river.

We got the best athlete in the state... Marsalis Teague. Mark my words; Teague will be a better college football player than Marlon Brown easily.

Hopefully Jake Heaps comes in here next year and throws it around like there is no tomorrow and makes MB wish he was on the hill. This will be the worst class Lane Kiffin brings in as Tennessee head coach. I hope this backfires in Marlon Brown face. I am not going to wish bad things on him except that he loses every game he plays in and gets lit up by Berry, Myles, Donald, and Teague.

Hyams is reduced to pulling at straws now. Since he doesnt have the inside sources he had under Fulmer, he actually has to get out and work.

i was watching when brown made his decision, from listening to him i kinda wondered if he could make it academicly, didnt seem real bright to me

We will look forward to playing UGA at Rocky Top in the fall....I am thru looking at this tread...thought we had him for some crazy reason. I will follow suit to others posting on here. Delete please?

Actually I don't think "his girlfriend" had anything to do with his decision. If I stand corrected his girlfriend hasn't been talking to him about the recruiting b/c like him she didn't want to be bothered when she had 2 make a tough decision on what college she would play basketball for in the upcoming season. :yes:

I wish I could say I wish him luck, but I really can't. It kills me when in-state kids go away like this. I hope he never catches a pass at UGa.

I believe that the ONLY reason he chose GA is because his girlfriend is/does go there. When asked why he chose GA, he seemed like he really didn't know what to say.
