Marlon Brown

Please refer to my original post about Brown wanting a QB in his signee class to grow with.

it may be true, but if it is, it's pretty silly. qb's and wr's usually grow at different rates. good receivers (under some new-age, fancy, snake oil systems unlike the tried-and-true pound tha rock/work like heck regimes) can get on the field alot sooner than a young qb. he'll be playing his last year before murray sees the field ... imo

Say's it's from a reliable source, he is well connected with the University! Just posting what I heard, take it which ever way you like!

At this point there are about 500 people that have reliable sources.

Also...always be leery of news breaking the night before or even hours before their announcement. A lot of these kids use the switcharoo for shock value when they get their 15 minutes of fame.

Buck is doing what any good "homer" radio host would do, he's drinking the kool aid and serving it too. You want your fanbase as positive as possible.

I stick by that I think Marlon is down to tOSU and UT. I think UGA overestimates their chances with him.

Agree on Buck.

But I believe realistically its UT or UGA...

Its not a joke. And there isn't a written source.

My source might be wrong, but he hasn't been in the past (not that I get a lot of info from him or anything). The staff at Ole Miss had a lot of confidence in getting Brown. Obviously that confidence was misplaced.
They have a lot of confidence that they will get Massie away from Bama.

We will see if they are wrong about that as well.

I say its down to UT and Ole Miss....and I wouldnt be surprised if he goes down south 60 miles down the road.

Marlon just informed the Ole Miss coaches that will not be going to Oxford.
