I you gave up on Marlon Brown you are quitting too early. This kid is still in shambles over the decision. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he didn't committ today.

Marlon is wrestling guys. I still haven't talked to anyone, but I'm looking for a call back shortly, and I expect it to be a very unsure call.

You may be right!!!! The only problem is his announcement on ESPNU. I just cannot see him not coming to UT. Kiffin calling him out has got to be a factor in his decision.

It may be the reason that he is going outside the SEC. OSU.

A guy I know who is usually pretty reliable said that Marlon Brown told OSU's staff he was committed to them earlier today.

Hoping he is wrong, but take it for what it is worth. This guy was a walk-on at WVU back in the day, and he used to be a writer for Scout.com. His buddy is currently a writer. He has been wrong before, but he is usually pretty accurate with his info (probably 75% or so ;p).

Here's to hoping he is wrong!

I spoke to the head of Rivals.com yesterday, and Marlon had not made up his mind, according to him.

There have been players wears one team's shirts to school on signing day only to sign with another. Steve Shipp from Charlotte in the '90s wore a TN shirt to school, under orders from Spurrier, only to sign with UF. Stevie boy did this because that year we were full and recruiting against UF for a couple of guys, and him wearing the shirt caused us to basically drop the others we were going after for Shipp.

He is not wearing an OSU jersey. Poster on another board had his daughter check who goes to school with him and hes wearing his school Uniform.

Fulmer trying to say MB would be at UT if he was still the coach, why even say that. He needs to get over losing his job.
