Probably a little too soon to expect a replacement for Massengale, but yeah, that is a priority.

It is tough to be analytical on a board that is mainly of the "rah-rah, look at my exquisite set of feelings" sort, so let's just ignore all of that crap and talk basketball.

This girl looks fine to me. The question will be the same for her as for most international players, how is her defense? A lot will depend on how quick she is, and how hard she works. If nothing else it shows that even if Kellie is getting stoned in recruiting the elite US players she is at least thinking outside of the box and beating all the bushes. You need some players like the ones she is recruiting, but you aren't going to win any championships with them when all is said and done. Kellie is going to have to step it up on the recruiting trail and get our share of elite talent.

She did like Butch and brought her buddies with her instead of hiring from a bigger, more talented pool. She could have kept our ace recruiter, or at least found another ace recruiter who already has contacts with something other than mid-major talent. She also could have hired a post coach whom she could fire or discipline w/o risking marital difficulty. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out. I like her and hope to see her succeed, but I have to say I am not all that impressed by her judgment so far. She has made things more difficult for herself than they need to be.

Husband and wife teams don't usually work out. Too many other variables in the mix. Even companies who have spouses working together won't put them in the same department

That’s what I thought... she moves so well and has better handles than I imagined. This is 1 game and she seemed to be in foul trouble most of the game

Wow, we get a new recruit who could potentially help us a lot, and the board degenerates into arguing about meaningless crap, complete with moronic gifs and memes. Half of the people posting in this thread come here only to trash the team and the coach. Do you have nothing better to do with your time?
