ROFL. This dude wouldn't even break a sweat if he didn't wear a suit into an arena. He's a joke and I don't expect him to say anything different.
I still can't get over him calling timeout with less than 3 seconds to play against A&M. Just what kind of a play did he think he was going to get with less than three seconds remaining.
IMO, anything was better than what we were seeing. The dude was drowning and it looked like he was either going to take a really horrible shot or turn the ball over. They were collapsing and he couldn't do anything.

Yeah I notice the gum chewing hit warp speed the last 30and into overtime. Its a shame too because his demeanor could be a calming influence at times on the court.IMO But I have a feeling its like a duck on the water. On the outside he looks calm, but inside his head is feet are kicking a hundred miles an hour.
btw: not trying to be funny, dead serious
The dude has beaten cancer and grew up in East St. Louis. I'm going to guess his coaching status isn't something that really scares him.
Found this interesting, but Stokes was asked what's it like to have a coach that's the same win or lose. His response surprised me...he said, it may appear and be that way to you guys (media) but behind closed doors and in practice, there's a big difference.
