I need to work as a consultant advising people how to respond properly.

Here's a quote from the article:
A father of cheerleaders who went only by Rob told WDRB that the protesters “were badgering” the girls “all the way in the door.” His oldest daughter, he said, “cried for about an hour” over the incident.

That was completely wrong in every way, Rob. Before I offer my advice, here's a pic of the person leading the harassment:

The father should have said:
"My daughter and I had a really good laugh about it. So much so, she had a hard time composing herself before the competition. We couldn't get over how this woman with a beaver's smile was doing her best to demean and intimidate our team. I mean she gave up hours of her life just to yell at cheerleaders. I am thankful we've spent years training our kids to ignore what loudmouth black women say into a megaphone".

"black mothers are burying their babies while white mothers send theirs to cheer competitions" Maybe the white mothers are smart enough to teach their daughters not to sleep around with several drug dealers

I disagree with the BLM protesters in this instance and the yelling at cheerleaders. It is misguided and dumb. I just think the comment was insensitive. Doesn't matter if BT was sleeping with a dealer or not. She should still be alive.

It doesn’t change the fact that the black family is getting more endangered every day. Lack of a father figure and parents that are involved with their children is what’s driving black folks down. It’s not evil whitey.
