How many innocent young men are in prison because of them?
They were only trying to feed their families .End systemic racism.
How can anyone expect justice in a country whose capitol is named after a slaveholder?

That's not the only reason for the challenges the average black person faces but it is certainly at our near the top of the list. Same for any race. If you can't begin a discussion with this accepted as fact a serious discussion regarding the matter with you isn't possible.

In Evanston, Black residents are eligible for the housing program if they, or their ancestors, lived in the city between 1919 and 1969 or if they can show they suffered housing discrimination due to the city's policies. The recipients will be randomly selected if there are more applicants than available funds in the housing program.

In 2021, in the age of "if I believe it, IT MUST BE TRUE!" how easy will it be to "show" discrimination? Pretty damn easy, I'd say.

Some Black Evanston residents have objected to the plan's scope and size as inadequate, highlighting the difficulties inherent in designing a program that by all accounts can never fully ameliorate centuries of discrimination.

Translation: No matter what you do, it will never be enough.

"True reparations repair you – you get a chance to say what it is that repairs you," said Rose Cannon, a member of the group, who is Black.

Translation: My money, my choice! Get me some new 22's for my hooptie!

Is an average of one murder a day good? I feel like they definitely murder more than 365 people there every year. I guess those two murders were only by gun though. Surely a few people were also stabbed.

YTD, 82 black people have been murdered in Chicago alone. Today is day 80 of 2021. In total, there have been 113 murders in Chicago.

The left says that gun registration will solve these problems.
