Personal morality doesn't change much, social acceptance and norms change.

If a woman makes the decision to have an abortion three months into her pregnancy, is she making a moral decision?
You do understand that people will have different answers to that question.
Is one person right and the other wrong?
Is a person living with a same sex partner moral?
You do understand that people will have different answers to that question.

Horrible idea, many of these guys have spent years focusing and developing relationships with gang leaders. They have been instrumental in keeping the peace (relatively speaking) with the help of clergy and neighborhood leaders. If they disband it hopefully they keep these officers dedicated in some capacity.

Seems like someone gets killed once a year in the park under weird circumstances. Strange because it's one of the nicest areas, and stays fairly active even after dark.
