I highly doubt Sarkisian is the only reason he committed to USC. But yes technically it does increase our chances. Not by much though.

the guy was their offensive coordinator and QB coach, and the guy that recruited barkley... plus hes still taking a visit... i think this helps us a lot! Still wont get my hopes up though

as quick as coach Kiff pulled the plug on Boyd, he must have something up his sleeve. Even a new coach knows how valuable a top 3 quarterback in your back pocket is. He told him he could still come, but we would not be running an offense that played to his strengths. Guess he made up his mind. On Kiffins part it was either real stupid or real ballsy.

it really seems strange. our new HC tells our top recruited QB to move on while rumors are floating around about the best QB recruit in the nation coming here for a visit. then a few days later, the OC who is also the QB coach of the school that the top recruit is going to (not to mention the guy that recruited him), is taking the job at Washington. Hard to believe this is coincidence, but i just don't see kiffin stealing this guy from his old Cali buddies..
