Right .... and they even configure the shape of the patty to make it appear as though there are bones in it, like you would see in a slab of ribs, when of course, there aren't. Just because a product is marketed a certain way, doesn't mean that it should be thought of literally.

The McRib is it's own thing. It kind of defies comparisons with anything else.

Just had my first of the season for lunch and I thought the sauce tasted a little different this time. Not necessarily better or worse, but it seems like they have made some subtle changes.

They’re using jack Daniel’s honey bourbon sauce. You can buy it by the half gallon.
