I've been paying attention. Friend and Weinke are still there in spite of people on here saying they need to go. And obviously Pruitt was trying to get in the best most relentless recruiters which was a success. So the question becomes when will he be satisfied.

I think if Weinke was in any danger, he’d have been gone in this latest wave of coaching changes. For the reasons that are important to him, Pruitt values him and we know Friend has the same loyalty accorded. On the latest VQ podcast, staff upheaval was placed in the con category when evaluating Pruitt as a HC so far...doubt very seriously these two get added to that ledger.

I don't really have a problem with the three I mentioned as non existent involving recruiting but the OL has improved too due to talent influx. That is a big factor at Tennessee or anywhere. I still do not know what type of a coach friend is as I think Chaney probably lit a fire under OL ass last year when things weren't going too well in fall practice best I remember. I just want a good coaching staff that is doing their job recruiting and coaching.
