No its calculation is underweight. We've just accepted overweight as normal so normal now looks abnormal. If your BMI is in the overweight range it's extremely likely, almost guaranteed, that you're overweight. It's not easy but well worth the journey once you admit the truthNo argument on my end that 140 most likely manifests itself as underweight at 6'1, but its BMI calculation is at the absolute low end of "normal weight."
Which is, of course, my point.
I once was like that and I can see the same in my sons which is good. Much less fun to take it off thoughI've had to adjust my protein intake the past year to finally hit 155 and it's made me feel generally better. I usually have 4-6 meals a day but between the amount of cardio I do and my freak metabolic rate, I've always burned right through it. I remember returning from 10 days of 15-20 miles of daily trekking and I think I was down to 130 as a result.
Nope, EPI with dm is a tough combo. On one hand you have to watch sugar intake but still intake enough nutrients to be absorbed. Sorry you are going through that.I absolutely don't GAF if you or others on here hate me. I usually have the opposite opinion of you and a lot of posters and you all fall apart/personally attack if someone disagrees with you. If you hate me, then you are immature and need to go talk with your pastor. No one eats my lunch on here - I only return kind for kind. If someone attacks me, I attack back. FYI - I've never been on this board in any other name.
As far as my size, I have a disease (EPI + diabetes) that keeps weight off me. I used to be a lot stronger and more muscular. My blood sugar is high, too. I've burned through my muscles and fat. Are you going to make fun of me now for having a health issue?
My metabolism seems to be the same as when i was 20. I burn calories walking 2-4 miles a night at work. I'm supposed to be 156, I've been there and look gaunt.Like I said I've had to make adjustments to my diet as well as my activity to get up to the ~150 range. I've always been comfortable in my own skin but I've had to focus on muscle mass as (sorry McDad) my metabolism has somehow gone up in recent years.
I realize the skinny, athletic aesthetic is en vogue for women now. But I've always preferred the look for women who were well-proportioned.My metabolism seems to be the same as when i was 20. I burn calories walking 2-4 miles a night at work. I'm supposed to be 156, I've been there and look gaunt.
