More Chickens Come Home to Roost for Chris Wallace and His CNN Show

CNN’s new CEO Chris Licht decided to keep his show “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” but move it to Sunday on CNN and Fridays on HBO Max.

The show, “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?,” garnered 323,000 viewers and 38,000 in the key 25-54 demographic when it aired Sunday, according to Nielsen data. The show averaged 365,000 viewers and 48,000 in the 25-54 demo in the month of January.

In comparison, Fox News’ “Fox & Friends Sunday” raked in 1.544 million viewers and Mark Levin’s program on Fox News, “Life, Liberty and Levin,” garnered 1.129 million views.​

Trump Prophecy Befalls Another Media Outlet: NBC, MSNBC Layoffs Prompt Strike


Over 200 NBC and MSNBC employees are planning a 24-hour walkout Thursday in protest of the company's decision to lay off unionized journalists, the Washington Post reported, confirming former president Donald Trump's prediction that "all forms of media will tank if I'm not there."

The staffers will protest in front of NBC's Manhattan headquarters. The NBC News Digital union has already filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board over the firings, saying they were "abrupt and illegal."

NBC is far from the only left-leaning media company to undergo unexpected layoffs during Joe Biden's presidency. The Post itself has begun eliminating positions after losing half a million subscribers since Trump left office, the Washington Free Beacon reported last month. CNN fired hundreds of staffers in December.

Trump foresaw this media landscape back in 2017: "Newspapers, television, all forms of media will tank if I'm not there."

The 56-year-old anchor was set to be back on the morning show tomorrow with co-hosts Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins - but he is now not on the lineup, according to a copy of the schedule obtained by Confider.

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio (NPR) will wipe out ten percent of its current staff and freeze all hiring, including for current vacancies.

The left-wing welfare queens claim ad revenue did not meet expectations. But, with an annual operating budget of $300 million, this $30 million shortfall gave the serial liars no other choice.

Back in November, NPR announced $20 million in budget cuts that ended new hires and instituted restrictions on travel at the company’s expense. That obviously was not enough.

According to the far-left Washington Post, NPR is suffering a serious decline in ad sponsorships, one of its four primary sources of funding, along with taxpayer money and donations:

CNN has decided to abandon plans altogether to fill its weekday evening 9pm time slot with a regular anchor or opinion host following the firing of Chris Cuomo more than one year ago, in December 2021.

Instead, the network will present a variety of programming including a range of special reports, all under the banner: 'CNN Primetime' in a shift towards what's being termed, 'news not names'.

Such content might include one-on-one interviews with newsmakers, town halls that put government officials in direct contact with the people affected by policy decisions other 'scoops', the network has said.

The move is something of a departure for CNN from having a single presenter in a regular time slot such is the form at rivals MSNBC where Rachel Maddow hosts or at Fox News where Sean Hannity rules the roost at that hour.
