Feels fine considering your program is a dumpster now. I'll take stomping your ass on an annual basis and being in a BCS conference that gets about 10x the exposure that you all do. But, you better get cranked up for that upcoming war with Rice.

Memphis State has 21 tournament appearances, two of which were vacated, so 19. Tennessee has 18 appearances. So looks like we may be catching up sooner than you think in that category.

Not sure that is entirely accurate. Especially the last bolded statement.

What game do most Tiger fans looks forward to the most every year? Any answer other than Tennessee is inaccurate.

UT, UL, Cincy and UAB are the 4 main "rivals" but UL and Cincy are fading, especially with the younger Tiger fans (under 35 years old).

Tiger fans don't have the ill feelings against Kansas either. Same could be said for UCLA.

all that exposure and we still beat TN in recruiting every year. And of course you wanna beat Memphis. Its the highlight of your season if you do. Then the Vols simply flame out. We have advanced farther in the NCAAs than TN in 4 of Brucie's 5 seasons.

Nice job last nite vs Calipari. Thats 4 of the last 5 he has beaten you, right?

Reading comprehension is not your strong suit apparently. I said program, not team. Also, Ill withhold judgement on our young coach until he gets enough seasons to showcase his talents. Coach K at Duke went 38-47 in his first three years at Duke before finally putting together a successful program. Memphis might have been a high major program when Cal left but his slash and burn attempt left us with only 7 scholarship players and zero recruits. Like I said, Im withholding judgment on him since right now Im indifferent with his job so far.

Absolutely, but that means its too early to start calling him a garbage coach too. The word "program" refers to the history of teams and progress over time. The word "team" implies that we are talking about the current situation or maybe one year in the past or future.

I remember a bunch of memphis fans heckling us last year for "never making an elite 8"

Now it's "never making a final four"

And after that it'll be "never having wins vacated for cheating"

And I suppose that's when they'll just say that they're better because they have a ****ing tiger. A real one.
