Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet
Just a man and his will to survive

So many times, it happens too fast
You change your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive

Chorus:
It's the eye of the tiger, it's the cream of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge of our rival
And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night
And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger

Face to face, out in the heat
Hangin' tough, stayin' hungry
They stack the odds 'til we take to the street
For we kill with the skill to survive

chorus

Risin' up, straight to the top
Have the guts, got the glory
Went the distance, now I'm not gonna stop
Just a man and his will to survive

chorus

The eye of the tiger

IT'S TIGER TIME, BABY!!!!!!!

That is the wrong song. The tune that comes to mind is:

The most wonderful thing about Tiggers,
Are Tiggers are wonderful things.
Their tops are made out of rubber;
Their bottoms are made out of springs!
They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy,
Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is
I'm the only one!

Memphis wouldn't be much of anything if Louisville were still part of CUSA.

Yeah, Memphis being in the Elite Eight last year while Louisville played in the NIT really proves the point about how dominant the Cardinals would be in C-USA.

If Memphis "isn't much of anything," that means they are infinitely qualified to be a member of the SEC West.

Yeah, cause I get on here and lobby for the Sec West all the time. They wouldn't dominate in the SecW either. I hope they enjoy their cupcake conference.

Given their results the last several times they have played SEC West opponents, I seriously doubt the Tigers would have any fear taking that entire division of trash on. They easily defeated one of the co-champs this year. Also, Auburn, a contender in the SEC Worst, lost to Southern Miss, a middle of the pack C-USA team.

Your'e right, they have beaten some really good teams this year. They will make it to the final four.

Didn't say they were bound for the Final Four. However, saying they would not have won the SEC West is completely laughable. Of the 10 games they would have played inside that division, they would have lost no more than 2.

As pitiful as the SecW looks, they may of ran with it this year. Year in and year out, I don't think they would dominate, and not to mention being in the Sec would require them to play everyone in the East as well. They are a Top 25 team, I will give them that. If they plan on staying in the dance long, they better step up, and even you can see that.

I doubt Memphis would lose much sleep over playing Georgia, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt on a regular basis. Also, how much do you think Kentucky enjoyed their matchup with the Tigers this season?

Which is the same amount of enjoyment that UT got out of their trip to the Bluff City last year.

Ive heard that Calipari has done some real shady things lately in recruiting. Is this just rumors??

What is the chance he coaches Kentucky??

The difference is we led Memphis most of the second half until they pulled away with about 3 mintues left last year.. They were never in the game in Knoxville. And they really struggled against UTEP last week. I'm not saying Memphis isn't a quality team, but I'm not yet convinced their top 5 material. I might alter my opinion if they manage to get past the opening weekend of the tournament..
