Meyer's Explanation

Well, we are at war, so she's not a threat to world peace.

The economy is already in the crapper, so don't know what damage she could fo there.

Our civil discourse has never been civil, so you can rest easy on that too.

The education system in america has been bad for a while. I don't know if it's worse in alaska.

Women have been testing men's sanity since the beginning of time. Nothing new there.

If she's a threat to knowledge, that's one powerful chick.

So you know, I could care less. But, I find it funny how much people love or loathe her

Bad hand off? I KNOW there was a key turnover as we regained momentum after the EB interception return, and I'm pretty sure AF was somehow involved.

2007 Tennessee Volunteers football team - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"But on the first play of the possession, Erik Ainge's handoff to running back Arian Foster was mishandled, and Gator linebacker Dustin Doe scooped up the loose ball and took it into the endzone for a Florida touchdown. Tennessee's momentum was washed away by the roar of 90,000 Gator fans, and the home team never looked back. Florida would end the game with 31 straight points, turning a close game into a runaway."

Thanks. I just checked some archived info, and it looks like it was recorded as an AF fumble.

Yessir. It was more of a botch by Ainge IIRC. He didn't stick it in his stomach and it popped out forwards.

And then I cried.

And then i was annoyed.

Difference is, Meyer is retired. She's still a threat to world peace, the economy, education, knowledge, civil discourse, and my sanity.

Wow....you find Sarah Palin as a threat to world peace, the economy, education, knowledge, civil discourse, and your sanity?

Are you or this country any better off now than 2 years ago? Our economy, education, or our national security? Yeah...that is what I thought. You should be concerned on who is running this country into the ground and not a woman that appears on t.v. giving her views that still have no impact on our nation at this given time.

The whole making history with the first black President experiment has been an epic failure.

99gator, alaska's education system has serious weaknesses, but they are mostly due to the somewhat unique complication of having a few dozen kids spread out over a hundred square miles in several school zones. That's not really anyone's fault, though. Just the geography of The Last Frontier.
