Cars have always been a thing for some. Bama recruits seem to really like Chargers according to their instagrams. Whether they are loaned, on a small loan with balloon payment at end (legal btw), paid for, or leased, guys always have liked nice cars. Parents have also bought new cars as graduation gifts for decades too, so I wouldn’t always assume. But, from Trans-Ams in the 80s to Chargers now, will always be boys and their cars. Da’Rick’s was blue btw...

Why do you think I started with the Trans-AM?

What’s funny on that car, according to CU boosters and Urban Legends, CU is the one who bought the car and they were ticked he took it to UGA.

I believe it was either Dickerson or Dupree that did the same, they kept the car from a previous ‘relationship’.

Whether CU bought the TA or not, I’m sure he would have been driving one regardless via UGA, the TA’s were the IT car back then.

He played that position all last season for his HS team at over 300 pounds, and when I asked him what position(s) Tennessee saw him at he mentioned they had talked a little about linebacker.

but i still don't know that i would be surprised if he signed with UGA. same with Gilbert. same with Ojulari. and i think we're in good spots with those kids too. but so is UGA.

at the end of the day, based on what we now, that makes the most sense to me too. which is why we aren't hearing much from the ratledge camp.

and to be honest, i'm of the opinion now that the longer his recruitment goes, the better that is for us. jmo.

Tennessee versus the field?

It’s a good question. I’m going to take the field, and here’s why: Right now Tennessee is the team with the most buzz for Rogers. Several people using their forecasting picks for him to choose the Vols. Last summer, though, Ohio State had this same kind of buzz. In the fall, Georgia was buzzing even stronger. Michigan had a little bit of a buzz like this over the winter, and now Tennessee is the popular pick for Justin. If this was Nov/Dec I’d pick Tennessee. But, I just think there’s a lot of recruiting yet to be done here and several more twists and turns. Tennessee is in a good spot and probably in a better spot than any other team right now, but if you’re talking vs. the field, I just think there is too much recruiting still to be done before he signs to not pick the field.

They’re definitely recruiting him but don’t have many linebacker spots this class unfortunately. Only 2 maybe 3 spots available while they seem to be mainly targeting Sherman, Flowe, BJ, and Whitehead. Think Sherman and Whitehead are most likely UGA and not too sure about Flowe while BJ seems to really like the vols.
