I would like to see myself look like an idiot the last 3 games and next year haha. But nothing wrong with disagreeing on roster depth obviously.

Agreed. All of those guys are quality players that hold the line of scrimmage. Our interior D-line is badazz. Our weakness on the D-line is the lack of a consistent pass rusher. Taylor has done a decent job but disappears for long stretches. Not sure we have anyone that fits the bill that we are currently recruiting. We have the one kid that’s a project, but that’s about it

Can you really not see how good these guys have been the last few weeks, or are you still stuck back in week three? This is a real SEC quality defensive line now...stars be damned. I mean what the heck do you expect..The Steel Curtain?

Yeah why wouldn’t you want us to have an elite defensive line with this staff? These guys are playing inspired and I love how we seem to be closing the year. It has nothing to do with stars and more to do with being able to stop the run and generate pass rush without corner blitzes. Imagine Pruitt and Ainsley adjusting to offenses when we have That.

See if this helps..... The guys we have are doing a great job, and it is deep enough that we do not have to panic about having to get a lot of elite players this year. They are being coached and are preforming so well that elite players are going to come and imagine what will happen then!

I’d have to ask also, what would an “elite” DL be doing differently than these guys?
