Except that you then put pressure on the other team to score a TD. They HAVE to if you are successful. ANd even if you aren't they HAVE to score at least 2 FGs to beat you. You are putting pressure on the other guy and you defense is playin well. It is like 4th and 1 on your own 40. If you are moving the ball. go for it. Get rid of the stupid charts. Be brave. Stop playing for ties.
