He hasn't been sentenced to anything yet. He'll be sentenced in June. 42 is the max he can get. Of course he won't get that. He'll likely not have to serve all the time he's sentenced for either...but he also has more charges that he has to face coming up in April

There is much more....even after he was caught he was laundering money from case verdicts from his clients and partners...he was using his ex-wife and a shell game to steal...that was the reason his bail was revoked
