Michigan State @ Michigan

Did you guys notice the player that returned the fumble on the last play was injured and all of his teammates were yanking and jerking on him while he was on the ground? He was slapping at them and they were bouncing him around by his shoulder pads....

That player broke his hip on that play.

Its stupid to speculate that UT fans would roast Butch if Daniel muffed a snap to lose a close game.
Give me a friggin break.

BS! Butch was roasted for fumbles, dropped passes, missed tackles, missed FG's etc. We would have heard for days how it is his job to coach and teach and blah, blah, blah. He should have reminded the punter to fall on it! This loss is totally on him, and he needs to say so in the press conference!!!!

Should have taken the snap in the shotgun with the QB, had him scramble around for about 6 or 7 sec and then chuck it as far as possible. Even if there's 1 or 2 seconds left, Sparty is out of field goal range and has to throw a Hail Mary to win. Of course hindsight is 20/20, but it seems like the least risky play in hindsight. Then again, a punt isn't usually a risky play either. Maybe the only explanation is that sometimes s--- happens.

Should not have snapped the ball with 11 seconds left on the play clock on 3rd down.

He looked ok when he threw the ball in the air. I thought the injury occurred in the celebration.

Hope he recovers... But Jason Allen never looked the same after his dislocation.

Not gonna lie. As soon as that final play happened I thought "that seems like something that would happen to Tennessee" with our poor luck.

I watched the game and I don't remember this happening. I thought they let it run down and called timeout with one second left on third down.

You are correct. I went back and looked; I didn't remember the timeout before 3rd down.

My boss is a huge Michigan fan and had a big Michigan logo on the door to her office. I had to work yesterday and before leaving I turned it upside down. Not really much of a prank but thought I would mention it. People up here are miserable over the loss and I'm enjoying every second of it.
